3M Scotchlite™ Reflective Material
Retro-reflective lenses bonded to the material return
light back to the light source, creating a “reflection’ and
enhancing your safety at night and in low visibility situations. This
great material can be found on many of our garments, as we believe in
safety. We also use a new black reflective version in our line.
Schoeller® Reflex Material
For the discreet yet safety conscious rider, Schoeller® has created
a black and silver material offering the safety of traditional “silver” reflective
material with an added daytime stealth look. No one should have to sacrifice
safety for style, or vice versa. Look for it on our textile line.
DuPont Kevlar® Thread
Many of our products are sewn with 100% Kevlar® thread. This advanced
technology from DuPont helps us to transform ordinary products into extraordinary
ones. Kevlar® thread is 5 times stronger than steel on an equal weight
basis, yet, at the same time, is lightweight, flexible and comfortable.
It is this unique combination of attributes that enable us who use it
to realize your fullest potential.
Schoeller® Keprotec Material
Specially designed to resist abrasion, Keprotec consists
of Cordura®/Dynafil TS-70 for supporting fabric, Aramidfibres (Kevlar®)
to protect against friction and heat, and a Polyurethane layer to provide
weatherproofing and breathability. To ensure comfort to you the rider,
we use this material extensively throughout our line.
3M Thinsulate™ Thermal Insulation
Microfibers that are 10 times smaller than the competitions
allow this insulation to trap more air in less space. Ultimately, it is
twice as warm as other high loft insulations, including down. For your
cool weather riding pleasure, many of our garments include this liner
material.
DuPont Teflon Fabric Protector
Provides maximum water and stain repellency that
does not affect the breathability of the garment. Found in our textiles
and rain suits, it is durable to both washing and dry-cleaning.
HIPORA Gloves Insert
HIPORA has solved the biggest problem inherent in
conventional waterproofing. Numerous micropores are dispersed throughout
the polyurethane coated film which shut out water from the outside but
permit the moisture and water vapor from the body to go out, allowing
the fabric to breathe.
Leidel & Kracht CE Approved Armor
Armor is Armor right? Wrong. We use only CE Mark
Approved (the UL (Underwriter Laboratory) of Europe) specifically designed
with our garments in mind. Each armor grade is mated with garment use.
A combination of flexible, lightweight, multi density/multi material construction
of energy absorbing “bodywork”. Wear it without even knowing
its there. Safety and comfort no longer have to be mutually exclusive.

REISSA® Water-resistant lining
Water repellency, moisture vapor permeability and
breathability are combined in this fabric to provide the ultimate barrier.
Sub-micron sized fabric matrix repel water molecules from outside while
allowing air and smaller body moisture vapors to pass through separating
you from all weather conditions. Found in many garments as a water resistant
liner.
DuPont Cordura®
An air-textured, high-tenacity nylon yarn, Cordura® provides a combination
of durability and high abrasion-resistance to our textile line. Lightweight
and stylish, there are many imitations but we aren’t about compromising.
Dynax
A super heavy-weight abrasion resistant multi-fiber
fabric. We use assorted colors in our textile line as reinforcement on
critical impact areas.
Temper Foam® Padding
Temper Foam® found in our line of gloves is a temperature sensitive
foam which gets softer and more malleable when warmed and firmer when
cooled. Similar to a liquid gel, becoming firmer upon impact,yet feeling
soft and fluid to the touch. A visco-elastic material, it eliminates soreness
and pain caused by long periods of pressure. Temper Foam® automatically
becomes firmer under impact compression because it has the extraordinary
ability to absorb energy. As a result Temper Foam® protects you the
rider from vibrations and the shock from severe impacts.
Carbon Fiber
Light in weight, strong and durable, Carbon Fiber
is nothing but a 21st century high technology material. The fibers have
exquisite properties, high tensile strength and heat resistance. Whether
you are hitting the street or the track, you will have peace of mind using
our products made with this material.
Carbon Kevlar®
The lightest and most impact resistant cloth available
world-wide. A carbon fiber and Kevlar® fabric matrix delivers a most
efficient construction in terms of lightweight with maximum impact and
abrasion resistance. Found both our Street and Track boots and other garments
for maximum protection.
Naked Drum Dyed Leather
We use only the finest premium quality Naked Drum
Dyed Heavyweight Leather. Our selected leather tanneries use the highest
quality oils, chemicals and state of the art manufacturing processes.
Strict quality control and quality assurance systems are in place to ensure
that our products yield the finest texture, uniformity, aroma
and pliability in all weather conditions to ensure years of trouble free
use. We never use common grade, inferior split milled, cheaply plated
or pressed leather in our products.
