Motophoria Performance Apparel is proud to offer
a Five (5) year warranty from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship
and materials. To activate, send the Warranty Card to us within 30 days
of purchase with a copy of the receipt. Items typically not covered by
this warranty are failures or damages caused by misuse, crash damage and
normal wear and tear. Defective garments will be repaired or replaced
(with the same or comparable items) upon review and at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and is in lieu of all warranties expressed
or implied.
At Motophoria, customer satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date through the dealer/retailer. Item(s) must be unworn, in new condition and in original packaging. This policy applies to standard items only. Special orders, closeouts, and custom garments are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
No goods are to be returned without approval by Motophoria. Items are to be sent freight and insurance pre-paid. Call tags will be issued on defective goods or shipping errors. Claims of damaged goods, shortages, overages and any discrepancies must be made within 7 days of shipment to be considered. Special orders, closeouts, and other sale items may not be returned.
